Early Game Money Making Guide
Here is a post about currency during the Three Kingdoms period, for everyone's understanding:http://tieba.baidu.com/p/1084609376
Money, making money. Whether in reality or in games, it has become a very important part. Not mentioning reality for now, in online games, having endless money is every player's dream.
Musou Online is no exception.
Perhaps unlike MMORPGs, Musou Online isn't unplayable without money. Because there are no common red potions or blue potions. There are no common death penalties. Even with a full set of beginner equipment, you don't need to worry about survival. However, when you need to spend money, you'll immediately discover money's importance - weapon enhancement, weapon modification, player-to-player trading, etc., all require substantial investment. As a newcomer entering the game, if you can quickly earn some money, you can immediately improve your equipment.
In early game, during the period when equipment trading is scarce, you can purchase some from NPCs, though it's very expensive.
High-level equipment is very expensive and requires large amounts of military funds.
Through brokers, players can trade items with each other. Here, players can buy what they want, and can also buy items sold cheaply by other players to resell at higher prices. This counts as a money-making method for the late game, but you must be familiar with the market and have a certain financial foundation, making it unsuitable for early game.
The money circulating in Musou Online is called military funds. So in the game, through which means do we obtain military funds?
1. Sell items you don't need to NPCs.
In the marketPlayers can not only buy items from NPCs, but can also sell their own items cheaply to NPCs.
2. Through the broker, sell your items to other players.
Since players cannot trade directly with each other in the game, they must go through brokers to buy and sell. Players can sell at most one weapon, one clothing item, and one consumable item at a time.
3. Salary.
In real time, approximately every week, the General will pay players a salary. The more actively you participate in battles, the higher your salary will be.
4. Quest rewards.
Different evaluations for each quest yield different rewards, including consumable items and military funds. E-rank quests achieving S evaluation will reward 1000 military funds.
The above are the 4 known money-making methods. Let us analyze them one by one.
First, selling junk to NPCs. Earning money this way in early game is somewhat difficult. Basically each battle only earns a few dozen coins. At most it can sustain you. So relying on this method to make money early on isn't very realistic.
Second, selling equipment to other players. This belongs to late-game money-making methods. Early on when everyone isn't wealthy, few people go to brokers to buy things, and the low-level equipment obtained in early game isn't worth much money.
Third, relying on salary to get rich is somewhat unrealistic, since it's only given once a week.
Salary is paid approximately once per week in real time. How much you receive depends on your rank and your faction's security situation. If you participate diligently in battles, the salary given each time will be substantial. However, if you slack off and don't fight properly, even as a general, the salary given will be very little.
What I'm focusing on here is the fourth money-making method: quests.
After completing quests, NPCs will give players rewards, with different evaluations yielding different rewards.
Actually, the rewards follow a pattern. If you're only interested in the military funds rewarded by quests, then please be sure to remember this.
E-rank quests with S-rank evaluation can earn 600 military funds
D-rank quests with C-rank evaluation can also earn 400 military funds
C-rank Quests with E-rank evaluation can earn 450 military funds
B-rank quests with E-rank evaluation can earn 300 military funds
A-rank Quests unknown, excluding special quests
Although it's just a small amount of military funds, it's more than enough for early game use.
Since players have poor equipment in the early game, doing high-level quests may be challenging, and high-level quests have more complex steps. I've selected several simple quests here as reference for early money-making.
E-rank Quest - Iron Material Collection
E-rank Quest — Rescue the Girl
E-rank Quest — Question of Strategy
E-rank Quest — Son Who Returns to the Right Path
E-rank Quest — Phantom Wine
All above are for achieving S evaluation, rewarding 600 military funds.
D-rank Quest — Destroy Enemy Training Ground
The remaining time when completing the quest should be between 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds. Note that the Training Supervisor's attack power is very strong, don't let him kill you
D-rank Quest — Capture Enemy Messenger
The kill count when completing the quest should be between 300-450. 300 kills is exactly the condition for the enemy's messenger to appear, so following my strategy, start killing 300 people in area ①, then kill the messenger and you're done.
D-rank Quest — Annoying Priest
The remaining time when completing the quest should be between 5-6 minutes. Kill 3 out of 4 priests, then kill the last one when about 6 minutes remain
The above 9 quests total are what I consider relatively easy to do, with no equipment requirements. Basically can be completed in about 2 hours. If smooth, you can earn over 4000 money, plus the consumable items rewarded by quests - quite good as early income.
Wishing everyone abundant military funds in the game!
