Actually just follow the steps directly. With 7+ minutes remaining you should get S-rank (I'm not sure of the exact amount - some say 5+ minutes is S-rank). There's a diagram at the bottom for easier understanding.
Step 1: First capture the 3 bases nearby and kill all red soldiers between the 3 bases. Bottom left is the watchtower point, center top is the soldier point, bottom right is the captain point. After completing the above, the messenger appears in the top right position as a yellow NPC. Only one person needs to follow in front of him, leading him to the designated base. Don't run too fast - keep him within view.
Step 2: After the other two people capture the base, one goes left and one goes right to attack the wooden gates, then capture the base in front. Note here, you must kill the red mini-boss on the left first, and the red mini-boss on the right second (when I did this, the messenger went left, and ended up having to kill 1500 soldiers later). Then the person who was leading the messenger also continues toward the right base, and after killing the 2 red mini-bosses and the messenger, the messenger appears above the right base - just lead him there.
Step 3: The person who went right at the start can directly advance toward the red supply depot in the bottom left corner, capturing bases along the way, then spawn soldiers in the bottom left. After the person leading the yellow messenger reaches the designated position, you'll be prompted to kill 1200 soldiers. All 3 work together to kill them quickly (the person who went left at the start can now also advance directly toward the supply depot, capturing bases along the way). After killing them all, the person leading the yellow messenger continues to lead him to the designated base, then go to the supply depot to take it, then follow the prompts to kill soldiers on the road. The yellow messenger appears again - continue leading.
Step 4: When led to the bottom left position of point 6, 3 bosses appear - one main boss and 2 sub-bosses. Kill them quickly as they will run. They appear at the bottom left of point 6 - one runs up, one runs down, one runs right. The 3 players chase them separately and use Musou to finish them instantly. Then follow the prompt to return to where the civil officer appears (above the starting red supply depot). All 3 rush there quickly. Usually with 7-9 minutes remaining, S-rank completion achieved.
Note: The 4 white squares are the positions where yellow messengers appear, someone must go and escort them. The 2 green circles are the positions of 2 BOSSES, someone must pass by for them to appear. Finally, the yellow circle in the lower left corner is the position where several leaders appear. Finally, the place where we 3 are standing is where everyone gathers at the end.
