Walkthrough
Although the quest requires destroying the training grounds, in reality you only need to defeat the enemy's training officers. There are three on the map: point ① is the Archer Training Officer, point ② is the Halberd Training Officer, point ③ is the Spear Training Officer. After defeating these three in order, the Chief Training Officer appears at point ④ — rush over and kill him to complete the quest. All training officers are in Fighting Spirit (Rage) state; except for the Archer Training Officer, the other three are Iron Body (won't stagger from hits), so a Musou attack is the safer way to deal with them. The Chief Training Officer's attack power is extremely high and can nearly one-shot you — be careful.
The blue box in the reference image shows Twin Swords without defense enhancement taking a normal slash from the Chief Training Officer; his Charge Attack C1/C2 is a guaranteed kill, showing how high his attack really is.
S Rank notes: with under 5 minutes to kill all 4 training officers, time is extremely tight.
The key is making full use of the SLOT1 enhancement slot — don't bother with the mob enemies along the way, only pull the officers you need to fight, and keep track of your elixir (gourd) count.
Starting equipped with Twin Swords, kill in the order ①→②→③→④. Each dead training officer drops an elixir that enhances SLOT1's attack bonus (note: ① drops an elixir, ②/③ drop buns instead — keep them distinct). By the time you reach the Chief Training Officer you'll have a full SLOT1 attack bonus stack and can finish him with your own Musou.
