How to book
Talk to the Battle Royale Elder and pick a size. His list also has "Cancel my booking" and "Status" rows.
A party books as one block. Any mix of factions is allowed.
Maps
| Players in the match | Map |
|---|---|
| Fewer than 8 | Arena, Citadel or Water Lily Village, with an equal chance of each |
| 8 or more | A random map that can seat that many players |
Every team starts around one shared fight zone. There are no bases to take. The battle clock is the map's own.
How a match is won
There is no kill target. When the timer runs out, the team that defeated enemy commanders most often wins. No kill counter is shown until the end, so nobody knows the standings mid-fight.
If the top teams are tied, they draw with each other. Every other team loses.
Match rules

Telling the teams apart
| Team tag | Halo colour |
|---|---|

| [B] | Blue |

There are no halos in 1v1v1 or 1v1v1v1 matches. In Battle Preparations you cannot see the other teams' setups, battle-royale style.
Results
The results screen groups players by team. Shortly after you return to town, a ranking of every team appears in chat.
Standoff and Deadlock wins pay prize packs to the whole winning team, and are the only place a B aura can drop. See Rewards and progression for the details.
Compared with the original game
There is no equivalent in the original game. There, the Battle Royale Elder hosted Battle Royale, a 25-player free-for-all, which is not available on DWO Reborn.
