1. Nature of Contributions

All contributions made through this website are voluntary donations intended to support the ongoing development and operation of the DWO Reborn project, including server infrastructure, development tools, and related costs.

Donations are not purchases of goods, services, or digital products. No contractual obligation or commercial transaction is created by donating.

2. Donation Ranks & Thank-You Perks

As a gesture of appreciation, donors may receive in-game ranks, Discord roles, or other perks corresponding to their contribution level. These are provided as a thank-you and are not sold as products or services.

The project team reserves the right to modify, replace, or remove any perks at any time as the project evolves. Perks are offered on a best-effort basis and are subject to the technical limitations of an in-development project.

3. Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that your contribution is a voluntary gift to support the project and that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Changes to donation perks or ranks
• Changes to the project direction or timeline
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of game servers
• Dissatisfaction with the state of the project
• Account suspension due to violation of community rules

4. Project Status

DWO Reborn is a community-driven, fan-made revival project that is in active development. Features, content, and game systems may change significantly over time. Donations support this ongoing development process and do not guarantee any specific outcome, feature, or timeline.

5. Acknowledgement

By making a donation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. You understand that your contribution is a voluntary, non-refundable donation and not a payment for goods or services.
